Can I cancel or make changes to my order?
Please message us ASAP. We can cancel or edit an order only if production hasn’t started. After printing begins, changes/cancellations aren’t possible. Entered the wrong address? Tell us immediately—we’ll try to update before shipment, but it isn’t guaranteed once the label is created.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Items are made to order, so we can’t accept returns/exchanges for size, fit, or buyer’s remorse. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days with photos and we’ll replace or refund. Keep all packaging. Customs/import fees (if any) are non-refundable.
When will I get my order?
Production time: 2–5 business days. Typical transit (business days): US 2–5, UK 3–10, EU 5–15, CA 7–21, AU 10–25. Peak seasons, weather, or customs may add time. We fulfill from the nearest available production partner; where none is available, orders ship from the USA. Tracking is provided on dispatch.
Sizing details
Please check the size chart in listing photos before ordering. Most tees are unisex; for a roomier/oversized look, consider sizing up. We’re happy to help with measurements—just message us. Because items are printed specifically for you, we can’t change sizes once production has started.
Care & printing method (DTG)
Printed via DTG for vibrant color, a soft hand, and long-lasting wear with water-based inks. Care: machine wash cold (max 30°C/90°F) with like colors, no bleach, tumble dry low, cool iron if needed, do not dry-clean. Following these steps keeps your print looking its best.
Order tracking
All orders ship with tracking. You’ll receive a link via Etsy when your parcel leaves the facility. Carrier scans can take 24–48 hours to appear. If tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t find it, please check with household members/neighbors and your mailbox/parcel locker, then message us—we’ll help.
Will my order ship locally outside the U.S.?
On some products we work with regional production partners (e.g., UK/EU/CA/AU). When a partner is available near you, your order may be produced and shipped locally—often faster and with fewer customs delays. Availability varies by product, color, and size. If no regional partner is available for your destination, the order is fulfilled from the United States.
